My Client intake process helps me to better help you. Below is an overview of how I work. After you have reviewed the information below, please go to Request for Consultation Services with your specific needs.
The Basics
I’m a boutique astrologer, meaning my practice is built around customized consultations to meet your specific needs. I do not offer off-the-shelf reports or computer printouts of canned astrological patter. Everything is tailored to your specific situation. Each consultation is built around a main topic, theme, issue, or concern. I most often work with significant life transitions:
- Beginnings and endings
- Sudden change
- Deliberate, calculated change
- Going toward something or someone
- Going away from something or someone
Some examples for individuals include relationships, jobs/careers, and various life quests.
Examples for businesses would be mergers and acquisitions, product launches, staff deployment, and strategic planning.
Rates: Base rate is $350 for a consultation, usually lasting between an hour and an hour and a half, depending on the number of questions. If your consultation requires me to incorporate extra charts of people or events to address your theme/issue/concern, there will be additional fees to cover the additional investigation time necessary to prepare for your consultation.
The Consultation Process
Step 1: Information gathering – Please submit a Request for Consultation. After receiving your request, I will contact you either through email or a brief phone conversation. I will endeavor to get a firm grasp on what you need for your consultation. This may take some back-and-forth, as I seek to understand and clarify what would be helpful.
Step 2: Chart information – Once I understand your needs, I will request relevant chart information from you. I prefer to have the exact time, place, and date for all the charts I create. However, that information is not always available, and even if you just have the date and an approximate time zone, I can still offer helpful astrological counsel.
Step 3: Quote for services – After I have an understanding of your needs and you have provided the necessary chart information, I will give you a price quote for my services.
Step 4: Schedule Consultation: Upon your price quote approval, we will schedule your consultation on a mutually agreed day and time. I am usually blessed with a healthy client load and am generally booking 4 to 6 weeks out.
You will be provided with instructions on making an advance payment for your consultation via the payment section of this website.
Step 5: Consultation Communication Options
- If you live in or near the Denver metropolitan area, we can meet in person at my home office in South-Central Denver.
- If you prefer a video call, I can do Teams or FaceTime. If you have a Zoom account (Pro, Business, or Enterprise) and would like to host the call, I can accommodate that if it is your preference.
- If you prefer a phone call, I have a dedicated consultation phone line in my office and will supply you with the number. You will be responsible for initiating the consultation at the appointed time.
