1. SCOPE OF PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains what information Kevin McCorry Consulting, LLC collects as well as what we do with that information, how we share it, and how we handle the content placed in our products and services. It also explains the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can manage this information. This privacy policy applies to the Make A Great Choice and Kevin McCorry websites and all products and services offered by Kevin McCorry Consulting, LLC and Make A Great Choice.

We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” “Non-Personal Information” includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information we may collect, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences you submit and preferences that are generated based on the data you submit and number of clicks. “Personal information” includes the information which you submit to us through the contact or services request process on the websites.

We do not collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers. We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
